Chamber Pension Plan Net Asset Value (NAV) Update – 31 July 2025

As part of our commitment to transparency and helping members stay informed, we are pleased to share the Chamber Pension Plan’s Net Asset Value (NAV) performance update as of 31 July 2025.

The Chamber Pension Plan’s suite of Lifecycle Funds continues to deliver long-term value for members. The NAV reflects the per-unit value of each fund after fees and expenses, and varies based on market performance and asset allocation. As always, members are reminded that pensions are a long-term investment.

What Do These Numbers Mean?

Lifecycle Funds are designed to grow your retirement savings based on your investment time horizon. Those with longer horizons, like the 2050 and 2060 Funds, maintain higher allocations to equities and therefore experience greater market volatility—but also greater long-term growth potential. As you approach retirement, your fund automatically adjusts toward more conservative investments.

The 2060 Fund, for example, returned 14.76% over the past year, reflecting strong equity market performance. Conversely, the Income Conservative Fund, designed for members near or in retirement, returned a steady 5.29%, prioritising capital preservation and income generation.
