Invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Trustees of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce Pension Plan invite all members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM):

📅 Date: Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025

🕡 Time: 6:30 PM

📍 Location: Governors Square, Chamber of Commerce Boardroom

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to receive updates on the Plan’s performance, governance, and future direction.

Key Information

A copy of the Annual Report, including the financial summary for the year ending June 30th, 2025, will be available at the meeting. It is also accessible via the Plan’s website at www.chamberpension.ky or at the Administrator’s Agent office, 14 Saturn Close, Eastern Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman.
Draft minutes from the last AGM (held on December 4th, 2024) will be available on the member portal. If you do not have online access and wish to review the minutes in advance, please email admin@pensions.ky. Hard copies will also be available at the meeting.

If you cannot attend in person, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.

Please complete the proxy form (download below) and submit it with a valid photo ID by 4:30 PM on Monday, December 1st, 2025.
Submissions may be sent via email to admin@pensions.ky or delivered in person to the Administrator’s Agent, Saxon Administration Ltd., 14 Saturn Close, Eastern Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman.
